I had major oral surgery done by Doctor Akef yesterday under an outpatient referral through the Veterans Administration order. During that surgery, it became apparent that one of my teeth could not be saved. However, the extraction was not covered under the VA Order. The good Doctor went ahead and removed it anyway. Not sure if he will be repaired by the VA. Thanks for going the extra mile, Doc.

I really felt cared for and I appreciate the little tips on how to keep my teeth and gums healthier. I had no pain and it was all done without having an injection, which is what I mainly dread. Excellent patient care for veterans.

My first appointment with paperwork and lots of great x-rays and a check up, next week a thorough cleaning. Such a professional and friendly office atmosphere… Dr. Akif is a no nonsense and very fair Dentist. I was not "upsold" for unnecessary procedures, just the promise of keeping an eye on one little troublesome area. Highly recommend!

Dr Akef worked on my teeth in city of Glendale on 2004 which he did a great job then. I lost him but fortunately I found him on line . I trust him very much because of the way he works and his experience. His employees and assistants are fantastic. I still need to to drive to San Diego to finish it which will take another months. He is worth driving this distance and the money I pay.

Excellent friendly staff and great work in my mouth! Very welcoming front desk free cold water in lobby and staff is friendly making your comfort a priority!! Excellent work fixing a crown and a bridge all while avoiding a metal plate on my jaw and healed well.
